I must say I was impressed with my stay, my room, the friendly staff, and the vibe of the hotel. I expected the run of the meal Marriott, but was extremely surprised when I pulled in and saw the 15 floor tower before me. The staff was overly accommodating to make me feel at ease. The Concierge lounge was an added plus; A quaint getaway to have a snack or breakfast, drink a cocktail, print a boarding pass, or get some work done. If I am in the area again, I will definitely book a reservation at this Marriott location.
Pros: Extremely accomidating staff!!
Cons: There is a charge for parking.

The customer service of Bethesda Marriot hotel is excellent. They are very help and very knowledgeable. The employees care about their guests. The food in the banquet is very good. The food is excellent for a hotel. I have not had any trouble with this particular hotel. Accommodations are very nice.
