Open all year round.  The months of December through March can be rather chilly and overcast.

Casale has two main points of focus, both of which center on locating vacation rental and investment properties in the Abruzzo area of Italy.  The owner has a vacation rental which serves as a starting point by which visitors can get to know the Teramo Province and the Abruzzo Region of Italy while they visit interesting nearby sites.  If they are interested, with the owner's assistance, guests can also make contact with local Italian residents who are in the real estate estate trades.
