Location: Knight TV Studio, Level 2, 2:30 p.m.Warren Brown will explain how reporting on the auto industry has come full circle into covering politics â€" since cars, the environment and fuel concerns have become such hot political issues. His revelations will shed light on the presidential candidates' positions on national energy policies. Brown has been covering the automobile industry for The Washington Post since 1982. In what he calls his "particularly cool job" of reviewing new cars, he gets to test drive all makes and models â€" from top-of-the-line Mercedes sedans and the sleekest sports cars, to Volkswagen Beetles and SUVs. "Inside Media," produced by the Newseum and held in the Knight TV Studio, is open to the public. Seating is on a space-available basis.
