Marlene Fernández's insights carry a firsthand blend of press and politics. A former ambassador and once candidate for vice president of Bolivia, she also has reported for CNN International, Telemundo, PBS and United Press International.

Fernández, the co-host of Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network's "Destination Casa Blanca 2008," will discuss how the Hispanic vote can influence the presidential election and how the candidates are responding to issues important to the Hispanic community.

"Inside Media," produced by the Newseum and held in the Knight TV Studio, is open to the public. Seating is on a space-available basis.
